- Open the gas supply (valve or lever on
regulator).
- Put a flame close to the burner, then turn the
knob corresponding to the burner anti-
clockwise

- Adjust the flame to the container dimension
by positioning the knob to the defined range

- If you want to perfect the simmering
temperature, adjust the flame power by
positioning the knob on the defined range

- In the event of a strong wind orient the
appliance - back and/or side windshields

- When cooking is finished turn the knob
corresponding to the burner clockwise to

Important: never close the appliance lid
without checking that all the burners are off,

3) Switching off
- Close the regulator or gas cylinder valve.
- After the flames have gone out, close the
stove valves by putting the knobs in position

- Check that the gas cylinder valve or
regulator lever is in the closed position.
- Place the adjusting knobs in position (

- Disconnect the regulator from the gas
cylinder.
- Install the new gas cylinder.
- Connect the regulator to the new gas
cylinder (check the condition of the regulator
seal, before connecting it to the gas
cylinder).

G - STORAGE - SERVICING
a) Stove
Ensure
that
your

- Do not clean the stove while it is in
operation. Wait for it to cool down, to avoid
burning yourself on the hot parts (Saucepan

- The burner cap is accessed by removing
the saucepan support.
- Check that the burner Venturi tubes on the
injector are not obstructed by dust or
cobwebs.
- While cleaning, take care not to obstruct the
burner holes. If the holes should be blocked,
for example by food overflow, leave the
burner cap in warm water and unclog the
holes using a non-metallic brush.
- Clean the greasy parts with soapy water or
a non-abrasive detergent;
(Do not use a scouring pad or abrasive
products).
- For easier cleaning the pan supports can be
washed in a dishwasher.
- Consider protecting the appliance lid by
inserting

protective
cardboard, ....) between the lid and the pan
support and folded windshields.
- Remove and clean all parts of the stove and
dry them well. Store the packed stove in a
dry, well-ventilated place.

Check the condition of the piping periodically
and change it if it shows signs of ageing or
cracks or when national conditions require it.
- In France, if the expiry date printed on the
flexible pipes is reached, the flexible pipe with
collars must be replace by an assembly
complying with Standard XP D 36-110.
Follow the assembly instructions supplied
with these new assemblies, whose length
must be a maximum of 1.50 m, and the
procedure described in paragraph B).
If you do not plan to use your stove for a long
period, disconnect the gas cylinder.
