Faulty bearings or worn slide valves
Insuffi cient supply of cooling air
Mains frequency or mains power supply
outside the tolerance range
Ambient temperature higher than 40 °C Stop work
Remedy
Connect the drive motor to the correct
mains voltage
Repair or replace the vacuum pump (Fe-
stool Service)
Use a mains cable with suffi cient dimen-
sions
Contact Festool Service
Replace the slide valve
(Festool Service)
Tighten or replace loose connections.

Ensure that the vacuum pump cooling sy-
stem is not hampered by dust/dirt.
Clean the ventilation grille,
Maintain the distance specifi ed between
the air vent slits and the wall
