INSTALLATION
The device is installed by fitting the XR152 sensor in a manner that allows it to transmit radio signals to the base
unit without interference. You should therefore avoid locations with obstacles such as concrete pillars or large metal
structures, or any interference from radio sources on the same transmission frequency. The fewer obstacles between the
sensor and the base unit, the greater the range.
The sensor should be firmly attached to walls, ensuring the area is absolutely free from vibrations. Avoid direct exposure
to sunlight and keep the sensor away from heat sources such as radiators or window
INSERTING OR REPLACING THE BATTERY
After removing dead battery , hold down the right button for about 5 seconds or
to close and re open the tamper twice, before to connect new battery , to control that two
LED will emit a short flashing;otherwise to remove the battery and repeat the operation more slowly.
To stabilise the sensor circuit, wait 90 seconds, during which the green LED will flash intermittently. The XR152 is
then ready for use.
Make sure the rigid antenna wire is positioned vertically and located on the right side of the circuit before replacing
the cover.
