Child lock: With the radiator on or in standby and no child lock already set, press
the
button and MODE for 3 seconds to activate the child lock. To deactivate it,
press
and MODE for 3 seconds at the same time.
Note: When the child lock is active during operation, only the standby button
and the combination to deactivate the child lock are valid. The lock is cancelled
when the device is switched to standby. With the child lock active and the
radiator in standby, all operations are invalid except deactivating the child lock.
Memory function: When the machine is in standby mode and it is activated, it
starts to work again with the state in which it was configured before entering
standby. If there is a power cut while the machine is running, when the power is
restored, it will operate in the state it was in before the power cut. If the power is
cut off while in standby mode, it will operate at the factory default settings (high
power at 35ºC) when the power is restored.
Note: The memory function is not valid for the child lock; if there is a power
failure this function will not be restored.
Protection and safety functions: When the indoor ambient temperature Th
exceeds 50°C in standby or operating mode, all operation is disabled, the
machine emits 10 long beeps and the digital display shows "FF" flashing at a
frequency of 1Hz for 75 seconds. While this protection is active, even if the
ambient temperature drops below 50°C, operation cannot continue and can only
be resumed by switching the machine off and on again.
Shutdown: With the radiator running, press the standby key
panel to enter standby mode, unplug the appliance and wait for it to cool down
completely before placing it in a stable place.
Note: Before using the machine for the first time or when connecting it to the
socket, check that both the plug and the socket are in good condition.
Method of inspection:
Plug in the appliance and start operation. After about half an hour, switch it off
and unplug it. Check if the plug is hot, and if it is hotter than about 50°C, replace
it to prevent the plug from being burnt out or to prevent it from catching fire
due to poor contact.
