Introduction
The main function of the Rasther Box Shock is to make the diagnosis of the
suspension system.
The Rasther Box Shock analyzes the elastic coefficient of each suspension and,
by comparing the left and right sides of each axle, determines the suspension
unbalance.
In addition to the suspension analysis, the Rasther Box Shock still performs
special functions dedicated to the automotive center, performed through the
scanner.
The Rasther PC is a software for vehicle electronic systems diagnostics.
It is installed in computers with Windows operational systems and works
connected to the Rasther Box Shock interface.
Functions
The main functions of the Rasther Box Shock are:
• Test and diagnosis of suspension system;
• Diagnostic function specific to automotive centers, eg headlight adjustment,
clutch, tire size, fuel adjustment, brake, air filter reset, steering, oil change reset,
timing belt;
• Trouble codes detection for electronic systems (known as ECU, electronic
control unit);
• Past fault code memory erasing;
• Presentation of data parameters and sensor values (additionally, in graphic
format);
• Presentation of identification for the system ECUs;
• Tests and activations of actuators, for example: valves, controls, indicator
lamps, etc.;
• Adjustments
of
system
parameters,
for
example:
fuel
adaptation
(alcohol/gasoline), reset of auto-adaptive parameters, etc.;
• Advanced investigation of trouble codes.
Beyond the diagnostic functions, there are also functions for:
• Client registration;
• Report generation;
• Visualization of repair manuals for the systems.
