Cleaning Procedure

IMPORTANT: Maintenance work must always be done with the conveyor belt stopped and the electrical connector
disconnected. Always wear protective gloves for maintenance operations.
First, disconnect the conveyor belt from the electricity supply

Disassemble the hopper as shown in the following image by

loosening the four screws that secure it using a No. 2.5 hex key
Disassemble the two side protectors using a No. 6 hex key.

Remove the bolts, washers and nuts.

Disconnect the motor from the electrical box.

Disassemble the front protector as shown in the following

image by loosening the four screws that secure it using a
washers and nuts.

remove the screws and washers holding the legs.
