Lower the lid (2) over the fire pan (6) and keep the threaded holes flush.
Tighten 2 screws (D) and two nuts (H). Fasten the plates for the air opening
(3) with 2 screws (B) and 2 nuts (I). Attach the metal handles (1) to the side of
the lid. Use 2 screws for this (D).
