To use the accessories
Sheet: Suitable for roast chicken, hamburgers, gratins, sponge cakes and other
oven dishes.
Grid: Suitable for baked potatoes and
dry food.
Depending on the food, you can slide
the tray and grid into the unit in 3
positions. For example, if you are
making casseroles, insert the tray
in a higher position so that the top
is browned. If they are roasting a
chicken, the lower rack is better so it
cooks evenly.
