Insert two F Swivel Casters into the bottom ends
of the posts at one end of the cart. Insert the two
remaining G Swivel Casters with Brakes onto the
post ends at other end of the cart. Place the cart
upright.

Place the S-curved end of the rail leg on to the
lower horizontal wire rod of the basket (arrow "A").

Carefully lift the basket and rail assembly. Lower it
down on to the basket frame. Guide the basket
hooks over the sides of the basket frame.

Firmly grasp each end of one D Rail. Position the Rail
with the S-Curve Legs toward the interior of the E
Basket. Tilt the rail and slide it into the Basket.

Tilt the Rail in to the vertical position so the back legs
hook onto the horizontal wire rods.
Repeat 7 through 9 for the second rail.

Check that the brakes on the wheels are unlocked. The
Mail Cart is now ready for use.
