Always wear protective gloves
when handling the saw blade in
order to avoid cutting yourself.
Installing/changing the blade
Caution, risk of Injury!
- Do not use any blunt or bent
blades or blades which are
damaged in any other way.
- Always insert a suitable saw
blade.
Make sure that you are using the
right saw blade for the correspon-
ding material. The machine fea-
tures a coarse saw blade for wood
and two fine saw blades for metal
and plastic respectively.
You will find the spare saw blades
in "Spare Parts/Accessories".
Installing the blade:
1. Turn the quick-change chuck (3)
in the direction of the arrow
and insert the shank of the saw
blade (1) all the way into the slot
of the saw blade holder (16).
The teeth of the saw blade must
point downwards.
2. To lock, turn the chuck ring (3)
back to the starting position.
3. Check that the saw blade is se-
cure by pulling on it.

Removing the saw blade:
4. Turn the chuck ring (3) in the
direction of the arrow
pull the blade out of the saw
blade holder (16).
Operation
Switching on and off
Switching on:
1. Press the switch lock (6) and
the on/off switch (7).
2. You can progressively control
the stroke rate by using the on/
off switch (7).
Gentle pressure: low stroke
rate.
Greater pressure:
higher stroke rate.
The on/off switch cannot be
locked.
Switching off:
3. Release the on/off switch (7).
General working instructions
Wear gloves when handling the
saw blade. In this way, you avoid
injury from cuts.
Caution: Risk of injury and dam-
age to property!

check for hidden foreign objects
such as nails, screws. These
must be removed.
