Place the assembled chair on the top of the gas lift (4) and
press down until it's fully engaged.

Before using your chair, ensure that all the bolts are tightened
fully for safety.
CAUTION
Please read below statements before using the product.
• Please make certain that all screws are fully tightened and all
parts are properly installed before using the product.
• Do not use this product on a slippery hard floor such as a
tile surface.
• Do not use this product on an uneven surface.
• Regularly check and ensure that all screws and parts are
fully tightened.
• If this product is intended for use on a soft or wooden
floor, please use a chair mat to avoid floor damage from
the casters.
• The weight limit for this chair is 250 lbs.
• Clean chair with warm water and a clean cloth; do not use
a brush.

Align back support (1) with
seat cushion (2) by gently
inserting back support plate
into the rear hole of the
seat plate (6) as shown and
TIGHTEN by using the knob on the rear right side of the seat
plate. Check to make sure the knob is loose before this step.
Insert plastic cap (H4) into the back support plate as shown.

1. Adjust Armrest Height
Press the button and move the arm to desired height.
2. Operate Back Tilt Lockout
Reach underneath the right side of chair and locate the rear
handle. Lift the handle up. When the handle is in this position,
leaning back will cause the back to tilt backwards.
To lock the back push the handle down.
3. Operate Seat Tilt Lockout
Reach underneath the right side of chair and locate the middle
handle. Lift the handle up. When the handle is in this position,
leaning back will cause the seat to tilt backwards.
To lock the seat push the handle down.
4. Adjust Seat Height
While seated, lean forward, lifting your body weight from the seat.
Reach underneath the right side of chair and locate the flat-surfaced
handle. Lift the handle up slowly to allow the chair to rise to the desired
height. To lower seat height, lift the handle slowly while seated.
5. Adjust Tilt Tension
Reach under the front center of the chair seat and grasp the
round black knob. To loosen the tilt seat plate, turn the knob
counterclockwise. This lessens the effort required to rock back and
forth. Rotate the knob until desired resistance is reached.
