Next, attach the brain to the upper mouth. Press the tongue onto the lower
mouth. Attach the upper mouth and brain to the right side of skull and the
tongue and lower mouth to the right jawbone. See Fig. 2.

Do not set the other side of the skull or jaw in place yet. Before
completing the skull assembly, it is necessary to set the neck and upper
spine into the skull. Once that is complete then the skull can be completed.
STEP-2
The neck/upper spine is made of two halves. Press them together and place
the ball joint at the tip of the neck into the round joint at the back of the
skull. This ball joint should have a loose fit. See Fig. 3.
