Make sure that the motor turns
in the suitable way when starting
the equipment.

You must try different combinations beetwen wires Black, Brown and Grey until
you find that the motor turns in the right way (See figures 6.1 and 6.2).
Make sure that the motor turns in the suitable way when switching on
the oven.
If the motor turns the wrong way, this will excessively warm and its
life will shorten.
Ground wire
The plug must have a ground wire.
The oven must be connected to an electrical supply provided with an earth wire.
Do not use nor start up the oven if its ground wire is not grounded to the ins-
tallation.

7.1 Control Panel

1. Main and motor switch: It is used as main switch and also to start the fan
motor.
2. Heating switch: It switches the heater on.
3. Motor starting up light (green): It indicates that the motor is ON.
4. Motor overtemperature alarm light (red): It indicates that the motor

has stopped due to overtemperature.
5. Heater starting up light (green): It indicates that the oven's heater is ON.
Black: Phase I
6. Heater overtemperature alarm light: It indicates that the heater has

stopped due to overtemperature.
Grey: Phase III
7. Temperature controller: It establishes the operating temperature.
Yellow/green:
8. Safety temperature controller: It establishes the safety temperature.
