Press the ON/MEM button repeatedly to view the me-
mory items in sequence.
This thermometer is capable of storing a series of up to
10 of recent readings.
Hold down the "MEM" button for at least 3 seconds to clear
the records stored in the device's memory. An acoustic signal
will sound and the screen will display the symbols shown in
the figure.
The thermometer is configured to perform measurements
in Celsius (°C) by default. In order to change the unit of
measure from °C to °F, make sure that the thermometer
is on and press the "MODE" and "SCAN" buttons simul-
taneously. The selected unit of measure will be saved for
any subsequent measurements. The same procedure can
be used to change the unit of measure from °F back to °C.
When the battery's charge is low, the

tinue to be used, the battery will have to be replaced as
soon as possible. Once the battery has been entirely drai-
ned, the "Lo" symbol will appear on the display as well.
Open and remove the battery compartment's cover.
Remove the drained batteries and insert 2 new 1.5V
"AAA" alkaline batteries into the battery compartment,
respecting the proper polarity as shown in the figure.
Reposition the battery compartment's cover.
