Setting the bevel
Loosen the two hexagonal screws under the
jig saw's soleplate (8) using the Allen key
provided (5).
Tilt the soleplate to the required angle from
0-45 degrees and retighten the hexagonal
screws.
The angle of the soleplate must be adjusted
before � tting the vacuum extractor nozzle.
Dust extraction
Click the dust extraction nozzle adapter
(6) securely to the jig saw's dust extraction
nozzle. If necessary, connect a vacuum
cleaner to the dust extraction nozzle adapter
or attach a vacuum cleaner bag to it.

If you want the jig saw to vacuum sawdust
from the sawing process, the knob (16) must
be pushed to the saw position.
If instead you want the jig saw to blow
sawdust away from the sawing process,
the knob (16) must be pushed to the blow
position.
Fitting the parallel guide
Loosen the two screws at the front of the top
of the jig saw's soleplate.
Push the parallel guide through the holes on
the soleplate and adjust it to the required
distance from the edge of the workpiece and
to the saw blade.
The centre groove at the front of the jig
saw's soleplate indicates the saw line for
a perpendicular cut, while the two other
grooves indicate the saw line for 45° cuts.
Re-tighten the two screws.
