Operating Instructions
Read these instructions carefully before using the equipment for the first time.
These instructions contain important information on the use and care of the
garden furniture. Keep them in a safe place for reference or for ordering
spare parts.

is an upgraded variant of Robinie, a wood from North America
®
which is now also native to Europe. Because it has been upgraded, only
ROTIMBER
®
from KETTLER has the exceptional quality features which are so
important for a wood used outdoors. ROTIMBER
stant and durable than most other wood. It features an excellent resistance to
pressure and impact as well as an exceptional elasticity and hardness. ROTIM-
BER
®
brilliantly fulfils the DIN quality standards and has been classified as a
"Cultivated Grade 1 Wood".
Wood is a Natural Product
As with all things worth preserving, wood must be maintained if it is to keep its
aesthetic appeal and its functional value. Wood is alive, it expands and con-
tracts. If the varnish is defect, the defects in the paint work must be retouched
immediately. Lightly grind defect parts (dry undercoat), and then treat defects
with the original Herlag Varnish No. 5205 in the desired colour shade. This
product is available through your local dealer.
Maintenance Instructions

Use only environmentally friendly cleaning agents. Do not use acidic or scou-
ring cleaners. Always rinse well with clear water. Finish using ROTIMBER
Woodcare No. H5217-00. You should repeat this procedure at regular inter-
vals. Store garden furniture in heated rooms during the winter months.

This product can be completely recycled.

The aluminium frame with the permanent and impact-resistant epoxy coat
guarantees a long lifetime.

Never use acetone (nail-varnish remover) or cleaning agents with a chlorine
base.

■
KETTLER guarantees that this product was produced from high-quality mate-
rials and with the utmost diligence. If defects should arise, please turn to your
local merchant for complaints, presenting the original copy of the sales recei-
pt. Legal warranty begins on the date of purchase. The repair of defects
does not lead to a renewal of warranty.
