with a cloth or a piece of paper, do not clean the base with metal ware or abrasives.
NOTE : Do not immerse the water tank and base into the water for cleaning.
When you want to pour out any excess water from the water tank :

Problem
No power/no mist
From spout
Peculiar odor
Excessive noise
Please note: Excess water should be poured out of the front of water tank to
prevent water entering air vents
Possible cause
Unit is not plugged in
No power at unit
Add water exceed the "MAX" mark.
Transducer/ultrasonic membrane needs
cleaning
If unit is in use,the odor may be a dirty tank
or old tank water
Unit is not level
Low water level
Solution
Plug unit in
Press the power button to turn the unit
on
Reduce some water below the "MAX"
level
Follow cleaning the water tank
according to daily maintenance;
because Transducer/Ultrasonic is
located on the bottom of the tank.
Empty the old water,clean the tank,and
fill with clean water
Place unit on a flat even surface
Check the water level,refill the tank if
the water is low
