WARNINGS AND SAFETY

Warnings
• If leakage from the system occurs, close the shut-off valve at the system inlet and contact the
installer immediately.
• The solar unit is protected against frost by a thermal fluid. Use only the thermal fluid provided by
ORKLI S. Coop.
• Check the minimum temperature achievable on the system location and refill with the proper
amount of thermal fluid (described in the installation manual).
• This document is part of a solar powered system and must be kept in good condition.
If it is lost or destroyed, contact your supplier for a new one.
• The solar system must be installed and commissioned by a professional installer. The installer must
sign the warranty document. Installers are responsible for ensuring the correct installation and
commissioning in accordance with regulations.
• There is a risk of severe burns for persons coming into contact with heat transfer fluid conductive
elements, as these components become very hot when operating in solar mode.
Basic safety rules
• Do not install the solar system on a flat or sloping roof without following the general safety rules.
• Do not change the settings of the safety valves. Verify that the system operates properly.
• Do not make any changes to the system or its components, and do not replace system parts
without the prior approval of ORKLI S. Coop.
• Do not allow excess anti-freeze to evaporate or discard it. Do not allow children near the system.
• Do not interconnect or drill into the internal circuit of the solar system.
• Do not work on the primary and secondary circuits when heat levels are high, whether the
circulating pump is operating or stopped.
• The installation must be fitted with a thermostatic mixing valve at the outlet of the domestic hot
water to prevent overheating dangerous to the user.
