The battery (A) of this tool is made of lithium-ion and runs at 18 V . It has secure
connection terminals (B), which means that when mounted to the tool and charger, it
will not loose, slip or disconnect.
To remove it, both from the tool and the charger, press the unlock button (C).
In order for the user to monitor the remaining charge level, press the button (E) that turns
on the LED charge level lights (D). One lit light indicates that there is up to approximately
1/4 charge. All lit lights indicate that it is fully charged. See the table.
The battery also has an intelligent electronic circuit that disconnects it from the tool
when it is in poor condition or very hot, as a protective measure.

The charger is a base on which the battery is mounted. It is compatible only with the
battery model shown above. It is connected to a mains supply by means of a plug with
a power cord. It has two LED lights that indicate the status of battery charge.
The charger has an intelligent electronic system that protects the battery from overchar-
ging, stopping the charging process when the battery has reached its maximum charge.
It is also switched off when the battery is very hot or in poor functional condition.
