Before plugging in the hairdryer, make sure that

the electrical voltage in your home matches that
indicated on the appliance's data plate.
WARNING: NEVER USE THIS APPLIANCE
ABOVE OR NEAR WATER (BATHTUBS,
WASHBASINS, SHOWERS, OR ANY OTHER
CONTAINER HOLDING WATER.
NEVER USE IT IN THE BATH OR SHOWER.
If, however your appliance falls into water:

- Remove the plug immediately from the electric socket.
- Above all do not put your hand into the water
before unplugging the appliance.
Take it to an after-sales service centre where it will
be inspected. No repairs should be carried out by
the user.
When the hairdryer is used in the bathroom, unplug

it immediately after use as proximity to water can
pose a danger even when the hairdryer is turned off.
For extra protection, you are recommended to

make the electric circuit powering the bathroom
safe with a residual current device not exceeding
30 mA. Ask your electrician for advice.
Always make sure that your appliance isn't wet (splashes

of water) and do not use it if your hands are wet.
Always unplug your appliance when you are not

using it, even if it is for a short time. Do not leave

Make sure that the air inlets and outlets are never

obstructed. Regularly remove dust and other
particles obstructing the grids.
Completely unwind the power cable before using

the appliance (in order to avoid overheating).
Do not use the appliance:

- if the plug or the power cable is damaged,
- if it is not working properly,
- if the appliance has been damaged in any
way whatsoever.
If the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced

by your dealer, their after sales service or a similarly
qualified person to avoid any danger.
Never move the appliance by pulling on its power

cable. Make sure that the appliance cannot get
hooked accidentally, to avoid the appliance falling.
Only use the accessories provided with the

appliance. No-compliance with this instruction
can harm the appliance.
Do not insert any objects into the ventilation apertures.

Do not direct hot air into your eyes or other areas

sensitive to heat.
The hairdryer may be hot after use. Allow it to cool

down before storing.
Do not use the appliance outdoors and store it in

a dry place when it has cooled down completely.
Do not use an electrical extension with this appliance.
