Programme Delta: This allows the value to be allocated to the Delta function
to be selected. This value is used whenever working in Delta mode. The
Delta range is from 20 to 80, with a default value of 50.

Programme temperature scale: This allows selection of the temperature
scale to be displayed, °C (default) or °F.
•
Thermal stop: This option allows the timer operation to be programmed, that
is, when the countdown of a timed operation begins. If Thermal stop is
activated, the oven does not start the countdown until the appliance reaches
the programmed temperature. On the other hand, if the Thermal stop is Not
Activated, the default option, the countdown starts as soon as the
START/STOP button is pressed.
To access to this option the oven has to be off.
DELAYED PROGRAMMING

Access to the delayed programming option allows the oven to be switched on at a
set time with the established parameters.
First the oven should be programmed with the required parameters, then press the
delayed programming button (16) and select the start time and date. After
confirmation, the upper text displays that the oven has been programmed, showing
the start time and date.
To cancel the programming:

Press the same button again
•
If the oven is switched off or started using the START/STOP button, the
programming will also be cancelled.
To access this option the oven should be switched on but in STOP mode.
WASH FUNCTION

The wash function operates by pressing button 16 only if the machine is in Stop
mode and the door closed.
The cleaning programme starts with a dirt softening phase. (To skip this phase, press
the wash button again). Next the oven displays the message "ADD SOAP" to spray
the detergent inside the chamber. After spraying the soap, close the door and press
Start to proceed with the cleaning.
On completion of the wash, the oven displays the message END.
To exit the wash programme, switch off the oven or press the wash button.
Otherwise, after one minute the oven will exit the wash mode automatically.
To abort the cleaning programme, press the Start/Stop button and if the detergent
spray phase has been reached, the oven will run a rinse cycle.
Before using the oven to cook, make sure there are no traces of detergent or
degreasing products inside the cooking chamber. Remove possible traces of
chemicals and rinse the inside of the cooking chamber thoroughly with the hand
shower.
Never use detergents which represent a risk higher than the category 3 fluids.
