Congratulations on the purchase of your new handset.
This handset can only operate in connection with a base unit
and is developed for the JACOB JENSEN
The Telephone 80 is powered with the latest digital technology.
According to the DECT system standard (GAP compatible), six
different handsets can be registered to one single base unit.
In the following you will find all information needed in order
to register your new handset. Further information and details
of operation can be found in the instruction manual enclosed
with the JACOB JENSEN

Installation .and .start-up
. Firmly slide and remove the handset back cover, see page
. Install the rechargeable battery pack into the battery
compartment. Slide back the handset back cover. The LCD
screen will light up as soon as the battery is installed.
. Put the handset into the base unit, according to the picture
shown on page . Make sure that the LED charge indicator
on the base unit lights up to show charging is in progress.
The charging icon also appears on the screen of the
handset. While charging, the bars in the icon scrolls and
when the handset is fully charged, all the bars of the battery
will be filled.
Important
To obtain the best battery performance, keep the handset
being charged for six hours after first time installation.
