Install SIM card.

Play with the touch screen
Touch：A single touch to select or enter the menu or
applications.
Touch and hold：Touch the screen and hold for 2 seconds.
Double click：Touch the screen twice, to zoom in or out.
Drag：Hold a subject on the screen and drag to move.
Slide：Slide on the screen to scroll up/down/left/right.
