02. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE.
The electric griddle PA4728 ELMA is a product
designed for use in the home. Its technical fea-
tures allow cooking in a homogeneous way,
distributing and maintaining the heat throughout
the cooking surface. Ideal for a healthy kitchen
thanks to its grease wringer.

INSTALLATION CONDITIONS

It is recommendable to place the electric griddle
on a safe level surface, maintain a safety distance
of at least 15 cm between the appliance and any
vertical surface.

MODE OF USE

1. Clean the pan with a damp cloth before using
for the first time. Dry carefully and spread the coo-
king surface with a little oil using a cloth or paper
napkin.
2. Spread a little oil on the non-stick surface be-
fore each use.
3. Place the appliance according to the installa-
tion conditions.
4. Insert the temperature regulator accessory into
the power intake of the griddle. Set the tempera-
ture indicator to 0.
5. Insert the plug into the power supply socket.
6. Turn the adjustable thermostat to the tempera-
ture required for cooking the dish you are prepa-
ring. The thermostat indicator will light up.
We recommend selecting a low temperature po-
sition and once stabilized select desired tempe-
rature.
7. When surface reaches the selected temperatu-
re the pilot light will turn off, this will indicate that
the iron is ready for use.
8. Place the ingredients on the electric griddle
surface.
9. During cooking, the adjustable thermostat will
maintain a stable temperature. The pilot will turn
on and off when the pilot acts.
10. Use only a wooden spatula to handle food.
Do not use metal or sharp utensils as they may
damage the non-stick surface.
11. When you stop using the electric griddle, un-
plug the plug from the socket.
12. On plugging in or unplugging the power
supply cord never pull or push the cord itself.
Always use the plug or connector.
