How to use Exact Pipe
Bench 170 accessories
Pipe Support
Pipe Supports enable the pipe roll smoothly
when cutting it. They also support the pipe's
other end when using a chain vice. The cutting
process takes place in the middle of 2 pairs of
pipe supports. The maximum OD for the pipe is
170mm (6.7") and the maximum length of the
pipe is 3m (120").
Chain Vice
The Chain Vice holds the pipe fi rmly in place
for example when making a thread. Attach the
Chain Vice and one Pipe Support to the bench,
and then place the pipe on both items. Lift the
chain over the pipe helping the chain to go
under the hook. Tighten the chain around the
pipe by turning the knob. The maximum OD
for the pipe is 170mm (6.7") and the maximum
length of the pipe is 3m (120").
Chip Tray
Chip Tray helps to keep the work site clean by
collecting most of the chips during the cutting
process.
Work Table
The Work Table can be used for multiple types
of work and pipe applications. In addition you
can also attach a vice to the Work Table.
Tool Bag
In the Tool Bag you can store and carry all the
items that you require for pipe assembling. Also
all the Pipe Bench accesories fi t in it.
