Use
Plug the appliance in.
Insert the whisks (2) or dough hooks (1) into
the motor sockets and turn them until they
click into place.
Be aware that the whisk with the ring around
the shaft and the dough hook with two pairs
b
of "ears" (c) must be in the right motor socket
when viewing the hand mixer from the front.
Place the whisks or dough hooks fully into
the bowl containing the food.
Hold the hand mixer by the handle.

Switch the hand mixer on by pushing the
speed selector (5) to position 1-5. The higher
the number the faster the hand mixer will
run.
Do not block the vent holes (3) on the hand
mixer with your hand.
Switch the hand mixer off by pushing the
speed selector (5) to position 0. Do not lift
the whisks or dough hooks out of the bowl
until they are completely still.
Press the release button (4) to release the
whisks or dough hooks and remove them
from the motor sockets.
Cleaning and maintenance
Remove the whisks or dough hooks and
wash them in hot soapy water immediately
after use.
Dry the parts thoroughly before putting
them away for storage.
Wipe the motor section with a well-wrung
cloth. Do not expose to water, damp or
splashes.
Do not use harsh or abrasive detergents, as
these may damage the surface of the hand
mixer.
