High-speedfilms between 250 and
400 ASA are suitablefor unfavor-
able lighting conditions, inside
shots withoutflash and nighttime
shots. In the case ofvery bright
lighting conditions, on the beach
andfor alpine landscapes, we re-
commend the use of low to me-
dium-speedfilms between 25 and
lOO ASA.
ParticularlyJine grain and very
enlargeablefilms have speeds bet-
ween 25 and approximately 125
ASA.

I Carrying
lt I thecamera
The safest way to carry the camera
is to secure the carrying strap to
the camera (as described above)
and to carry the camera on yaur
wrist.
A carrying case is available as an
accessory in which the camera
may be carried without the camera
carrying strap. This case is provid-
ed with a larger carrying strap to
wear overyour shoulder. The ca-
mera may also be worn on your
belt in the case, a particulary con-
venient way of always having your
camera ready for action, e. g. for
candid snapshots. The case may
also be used to carry spareJilms
instead of the camera itself.

Your camera should always be
kept in a dry atmosphere,free of
dust and sand. It should not be
exposed to sunlightfor long pe-
riods and should also not be sub-
ject to strong vibration.
Regularly clean the camera both
inside and out using a/ine-hair
brush. All glass sections are best
cleaned by means of commercially
availabl e p aper-type I ens cleaning
aids.
In winter, if the cooled glass sur-
foces become misted up when enter-
ing a warm atmosphere, wait a
few minutes in order to allow the
moisture to evaporate.
The best protection against wind-
blown sand on the beach is to
keep your camera inside a plastic
bag.
