EP TECHNOLOGY 5.0
This is a very technical process-
similar to what is done in jewelry

coating obtained by electroplat-
ing, avoiding friction on hair for
even more smoothness, contain-
ing no chemical agents for better
resistance to high-heat and pro-
viding even heat distribution all
through the plates.

USE
The BaBylissPRO® BAB2512EPCE
crimping iron is recommended for
medium-length to long hair.
Plug the appliance into the mains
and press the On/Off (I/O) switch.
Use
the
temperature-control
switch to
select a temperature appropri-
ate to the nature of the hair. The
wide range of temperatures lets
you safely use the crimping iron
on any kind of hair, even the most
sensitive or most difficult of hair.
Take up a section of hair and place
the crimping iron over the hair
near the roots while avoiding get-
ting too close to the scalp. Close
the plates over the section and
press lightly holding in position
for a few seconds depending on
the nature of the hair. Then place
the crimping iron lower down the
section avoiding the section al-
ready crimped.
Allow the hair to cool completely
before handling it in any way.
After use, press the On/Off (I/O)
button and unplug the unit.
4
If the unit remains unused for
longer than about 72 minutes, the
auto shut-off will turn the unit off;
this option increases the life of the
unit and provides greater safety.
MAINTENANCE
Unplug the unit and allow to cool
completely. Clean the plates us-
ing a soft, damp cloth without
detergent. To preserve the opti-
mal quality of the plates, do not
scratch the plates.
