3. Setting the date (indication D)
Unscrew crown X by turning it downwards (
pull it into position X3 and move the local time zone H12
hours hand H forward or backward until the desired date
appears in aperture D. Then advance the hours hand H
by turning the crown upwards (
before manipulating (matching the dial H24).
Once the date is set, push crown X into position X2,
maintain the pressure on the crown and screw it back into
position X1 by turning it upwards (
The date jump D occurs in both directions when the
local time zone hand H12 passes midnight (and not
noon).
In this example, the date is corrected from the 26
after passing the hours hand H twice past 12 o'clock.
