Step 1. Remove the battery from charging
stand and review the LCD display
ensure battery has sufficient charge for

the procedure prior to use� See Charging
the Battery section�

Step 2. To insert battery in vacuum unit,
retract battery latch
slot with the battery tab opposite the
battery latch�
Note: Battery will be properly seated
when latch mechanism is slightly over
the battery�
Step 3. Remove the disposable filter

assembly from package� Uncoil tubing
by gripping near the nozzle
body , gently pulling taut to remove any

twist and straighten tubing�

Step 4. Place the filter body onto the
vacuum port end of the vacuum unit�
Note: The filter body will rotate freely
when attached�
Step 5. Place nozzle of disposable filter
assembly over the clipper after the
surgical blade has been installed on the
clipper handle� Nozzle will click into place
when properly seated to the clipper�
Ensure the retention knob
side of the nozzle is properly seated prior
to use�
