2. Align armrest with holes on bottom of seat cushion.
Use three 5/16 x 1/" screws (9) to attach. Repeat on
opposite side. (See Figure 2)
NOTE: Use Allen wrench to tighten all screws.
3. Align mechanism with holes on bottom of seat
cushion with tension knob facing the front of seat.
Use four 5/16 x 1" screws (8) to attach. (See Figure 3)
4. Align back support mounting plate with holes on
bottom of seat cushion. Use two 3/8 x 1/" screws
(11) to attach the mounting plate to the mechanism.
Use two 3/8 x 1/" screws (10) to attach the mounting
plate directly to the seat cushion. (See Figure 4)
NOTE: One person should hold seat and back
cushions together while the second person
tightens screws.
NOTE: Ensure back cushion mounting plate is
flush with holes in mechanism before
tightening screws.
NOTE: Use a 12 mm socket wrench for easier
assembly.
