Assembly and operating instructions Type 7E.36
65 A-active-energy meter, three-phase, Fig. 1 (2-tariff meter is illustrated)
Description
The 7E.36 is a space-saving, modern, electronic rotary
current meter, of accuracy class 1 (according to
EN 62053-21), class°B respectively (according to
EN 50470-1). The tamper-proof energy meter is fitted
with a high-quality counting mechanism and can be
mounted on a 35°mm rail regardless of location. The
counting mechanism is fitted with a reverse lock and can
be read at any time even without power supply.
External tariff switching is possible with the double
tariff meter.

Notes before connecting
1. Do not connect L1, L2 to L3 to N.
2. In order to avoid moisture in the meter due to
condensate build-up, acclimatise the meter at room
temperature for about half an hour before connecting.
Attention!
These devices must only be installed by a professional
electrician, otherwise there is the risk of fire or the risk
of an electric shock.
Assembly note:
The rotary current meter can be mounted onto bearing
rail (EN°60°715°TH35). It may only be installed and
used in installation cupboards with protection type IP 51
(protected against penetrating dust and dripping water).
