4 x 1.2 V/600 mA AAA NiMH TMK AAA60CT rechargeable batteries.
Charging:
Via the power supply unit. Discharged back-up batteries will take at
least 24 hours to charge. The BE1570 should normally be permanently
connected to mains power.

Active: 650 mA
Idle position: 70 mA

Non-rechargeable batteries will start to leak if recharged! The acid in the
batteries will damage the electronics in the BE1570 Bellman Visit 868 Wrist
Receiver Charger and the resulting damage will not be covered by any
guarantee.
