Your First Step is fully charged and
ready to go! But... a full charge
should take around 12 hours.
1) To charge your brush, pull away
the small rubber cover and
connect the USB charger to the
device. Connect the charger into
a USB port; you will see a RED
light flashing as the brush
charges. When is it completely
charged the light will go from
flashing RED to solid WHITE.
2) To insert the brush head, just
press it onto the handle until you
hear it click into place. To remove,
just pull directly off the brush -
Voila!
3) If you use make-up, remove it first
and rinse your face with warm
water. (Try our amazing WipeOut!
It's a Micro-Fibre Cleansing Cloth
that removes make-up with just
water!) Once you've removed
your make-up, you can apply your
regular cleanser on to the brush
or directly onto your skin.
4) Wet the brush and press the ON
button once.
5) Don't scrub – let the vibrations do
all the work! Glide the brush
gently over your skin in small slow
circles. After each 20 seconds, the
brush will buzz. This is to make
sure you move on to the next area
(T-Zone, cheeks and chin and then
neck). After 1 minute, the brush
will turn off and you're done.

I've got sensitive skin. How often should I use my brush ?
We recommend every day.
How often should I replace my brush head?
Every 3 months or when it looks or feels worn.
Can I use my First Step Brush in the shower?
Yes! It's waterproof, but do not fully submerge.
What type of cleanser should I use?
Any cleanser. The brush is designed to fit right in to your current skincare
routine. Although, we recommend that it's non-abrasive.
How should I clean my brush head?
Don't use chemicals, just soapy water and a good rinse in your hands will do
the trick.
Where can I buy replacement brush heads?

6) Now apply your usual creams and
potions. And watch them just sink
in ......
7) Don't forget to dry your brush
head, ideally leave it on it's side
so water can drip off.
