There is water in
the tank, but the
machine indicates
waterless
If the machine is still not working after checking the possible reasons above,
contact the store where the product was purchased from.

Possible reasons
Check plug
Check power switch
No water in tank
Too little water in tank
New machine
Too dirty water, or water in
tank too long time
Tank in incorrect position
Too little water in tank
Uneven level for machine
Clearance between steam
outlet and water tank
Some disoperation may
cause the machine wrongly
indicate its waterless

Solutions
Plug into socket
Turn on power switch
Add water
Add water until enough
Take off tank cover, place
the water tank in cool and
dry place for 12 hours
Clean water tank, replace
with clean water
Put the tank in correct
position
Add water
Place it on even flat or
ground
Sink the steam outlet cap in
water and use it again
Restart the machine
