Sandpaper Installation Instructions
Note: Before installing or removing the abrasive paper, make sure that the unit is
switched off and the power supply is disconnected.
a) Place the unit on a smooth surface before installation. Attach the supplied grinding
wheel to the grinding plate. Attach the back of the abrasive paper to the grinding
disc applying the „Velcro fastening principle".
b) To improve the grinding performance, it is necessary to change the abrasive
paper after a certain period of operation. First switch off the machine and pull the
plug. Then completely remove the used grinding wheel from the disc so that a new
grinding wheel can be fitted properly. Then fix the new grinding wheel by pressing
lightly on the grinding disc.
IMPORTANT NOTE on the previous points a) & b):
It is imperative that the grinding wheels made of grinding disc used have a diameter of
225mm so that the inner hole circle of the grinding wheel (consisting of 10 individual
holes of the same diameter) matches the holes of the inner grinding wheel hole circle.
This is extremely important because the dust produced during grinding is extracted via
these holes/bores. If these holes/bores do not match, the dust cannot be transported
or extracted.
