OPERATION MANUAL
Prior to operation, remove all packaging materials from the equipment surface. Then, posi-
tion the temperature sensor properly (see the figure below). For this, unscrew the transpor-
tation screws and carefully remove it from the guides.
Before using the grill, check the power supply to make sure the voltage meets specification.
Put lava stones into the tank next to the heating elements. Then, place the sensor on the lava
stone surface without bending the tube. Put the grid in place. Connect the power supply.
Turn the temperature adjuster to the desired temperature. Before using the grill, heat it up
for 30-40 minutes.
When the grill is in operation, the smell and sparks may appear. Keep it in mind when select-
ing the place to install the grill. In case of flame, reduce the temperature. It is recommended
to remove fat from the tray regularly, to prevent excessive smoke and sparks.
When the operation is finished, turn off the temperature adjuster. Turn off the equipment
and disconnect the power supply.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Lava stone cleaning: after using the grill, turn it on at the maximum temperature for 30
minutes: lava stones will clean evenly. They can also be placed into the open fire (fireplace,
oven, etc.) for 15 minutes, or put into the basket and washed in a dishwasher. Carefully wipe
lava stones after cleaning. When lava stones become too dirty, purchase a new set. Never
use charcoal or firewood.
Turn off the power supply before cleaning to avoid an accident. Washing the equipment with
water is not allowed.
If the equipment is not used, turn off the temperature adjuster and the main switch. Store
the equipment in a ventilated area without corrosive gases, having cleaned it after the oper-
ation.
