Cleaning the grinding heads
The grinding heads can be freed of dust and skin particles with
the aid of the cleaning brush. It is also recommended that the
grinding heads be disinfected with a commercial disinfection
spray or a 90% alcohol solution (from the drug store) to avoid
the transmission of infections. Please make sure that the shanks of
the grinding heads remain free of fat and clean them from time
to time.
