3.3. REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG

• Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Oberfläche
ausschließlich Mittel ohne ätzende Inhaltsstoffe.
• Lassen Sie nach jeder Reinigung alle Teile gut
trocknen, bevor das Gerät erneut verwendet wird.
• Bewahren Sie das Gerät an einem trockenen, kühlen,
vor Feuchtigkeit und direkter Sonneneinstrahlung
geschütztem Ort auf.
• Es ist untersagt die Maschine mit Wasserstrahlen zu
besprühen.
• Hebel und Sperrelemente in sauberem Zustand,
ohne Rückstände von Schmierstoffen halten.
• Drehelemente und/oder Kontaktoberfläche
sauberem Zustand, ohne Rostspuren halten. Zyklisch
mit entsprechendem Fett dünn schmieren.
• Wenn das Gerät für einen längeren Zeitraum
nicht verwendet werden sollte, soll es für die
Lagerungszeit mit Fett geschmiert werden. Um eine
sichere Nutzung zu garantieren, das übermäßige
Fett vor erneutem Gebrauch entfernen.
Vor dem Ölwechsel müssen der Kolben und der Sattel so
weit wie möglich abgesenkt und die Druckluftversorgung
unterbrochen werden.
Verwenden Sie nur hochwertiges Hydrauliköl. Vermeiden
Sie das Mischen verschiedener Flüssigkeiten. Verwenden
Sie keine Bremsflüssigkeit, Turbinenöl, Getriebeöl, Motoröl
oder Glyzerin. Nicht geeignete Flüssigkeiten können
das Hubgerät dauerhaft beschädigen oder zu einem
plötzlichen und ungeplanten Absenken der Ladung führen.
Nachfüllen von Öl:
• Vor dem Ölwechsel müssen der Kolben und der
Sattel so weit wie möglich abgesenkt und die
Druckluftversorgung unterbrochen werden.
• Entfernen Sie den Ölverschluss. Ölstand bis zum
Füllstand nachfüllen. Setzen Sie den Verschluss
wieder ein.
Ölwechsel:
• Wechseln Sie das Öl mindestens einmal im Jahr.
• Vor dem Ölwechsel müssen der Kolben und der
Sattel so weit wie möglich abgesenkt und die
Druckluftversorgung unterbrochen werden.
• Entfernen Sie den Ölverschluss. Legen Sie das Gerät
so auf die Seite, dass das Öl frei durch den Einlass in
den dafür vorgesehenen Behälter fließt. Richten Sie
das Gerät nach dem Entleeren senkrecht aus.
• Ölstand bis zum Füllstand nachfüllen. Setzen Sie den
Ölverschluss wieder ein.
ACHTUNG: das herabgelassene Altöl laut Vorschriften des
Bestimmungslandes recyceln.

2. USAGE SAFETY
ATTENTION! Read all safety warnings and all
instructions. Failure to follow the warnings and
instructions may result in serious injury or even
death.
Whenever "device" or "product" are used in the warnings
and instructions, it shall mean Car jack.
2.1. SAFETY AT THE WORKPLACE
a) Make sure the workplace is orderly and well lit.
A messy or poorly lit workplace may lead to accidents.
Try to anticipate what may happen, observe what is
going on and use common sense when working with
the device.
b) Upon discovering damage or irregular operation,
immediately switch the device off and report it to
a supervisor without delay.
c) If there are any doubts as to the correct operation
of the device, contact the manufacturer's support
service.
d) Only the manufacturer's service point may repair the
device. Do not attempt any repairs independently!
e) If a fire starts, use solely powder or carbon dioxide
(CO ) fire extinguishers suitable for use on live

devices to put it out.
f) Connecting and disconnecting the pressure line
and should be done with the air valve closed.
g) Do not direct the pressure line towards yourself or
toward other people or animals.
h) Do not cut off the supply of compressed air by
crushing or bending pressure hoses.
i) When starting to work with the device, it is necessary
to gradually increase the air supply to the device
in order to ensure that it is functioning properly.
In case of noticing any abnormal operation of the
device it is necessary to immediately disconnect
it from the compressed air and to contact the
manufacturer's service point.
REMEMBER! When using the device, protect children
and other bystanders.
2.2. PERSONAL SAFETY
a) Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
influence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can significantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b) The machine may be operated by physically fit persons
who are able to handle the machine and properly
trained and who reviewed this operating manual and
received training in occupational health and safety.
c) The machine is not designed to be handled by persons
(including children) with limited mental and sensory
functions or persons lacking relevant experience and/
or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or they have received
instructions on how to operate the machine.
d) When working with the device, use common sense
and stay alert. Temporary loss of concentration whilst
using the device may lead to serious injuries.
e) Use personal protection equipment as required
for working with the device, specified in section 1
(Legend). The use of correct, approved personal
protection equipment reduces the risk of suffering an
injury.
