P ress the two locking levers down to allow the telescopic
handle to be extended.

E xtend the telescopic handle up to the desired hole.
Note: The maximum length of the combination branch cutter
is 2.65 m, the minimum length is 1.6 m.

R elease the two locking levers to fix the length of the telescopic
handle. Ensure that the locking pins engage in the corresponding
holes.

C lean the blades carefully after every use. Dirt and sap on the
blades lead to rust formation, obstruction of the cutting action
and plant disease.
j
R ub the metal parts with an oiled cloth to protect them from
the build up of rust.
j
R egular care carried out properly will ensure that your shears
will give you years of use.
Cutting and sawing branches

D o not cut branches with diameters greater than 30 mm
(see Fig. C).

U se the branch saw for thicker branches. The maximum saw
length is 300 mm (see Fig. C).
j
T he product has a force multiplying lever-rope system. Pull on
the rope to cut the branch (see Fig. D).
