ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Disconnect electrical power before installing fixture.
Insert the first of six (6) lamp clips (AA) into the
rectangular opening of the fixture body (A).
Rotate the lamp clip until the holes are aligned.
Insert #6-32 x 3/8 in. screw (BB) through the holes
and fasten with hex nut (CC).
Repeat for remaining lamp clips.

2. Mount the gem bar with treaded stem (B) to the
junction box (not supplied) with #8-32 x 7/8 in.
screws (EE).

3. Strip supply wires if needed. Use wire nut (DD) to
connect white wire from ballast (D) to neutral supply wire.
Use wire nut (DD) to connect black wire from ballast to
power supply wire. Use wire nut (DD) to connect the
bare or green ground wire from the supply wires to the
bare wire attached to the fixture's green grounding stud.
Cover wire nuts and connections completely in electrical
tape (not included).
