11. GUARANTEE
LANAFORM® hereby guarantees that this product is exempt from any material or
manufacturing defect for a period of two years as from the date of purchase, except for
the following specifications.
The guarantee for this LANAFORM® product does not cover any damage caused by abusive
or unauthorized use, any modification made to the product or any other circumstances
beyond the control of LANAFORM®.
LANAFORM® cannot be held liable for any type of accessory or special damage.
On receiving the appliance LANAFORM® will repair or replace your AllergoLux appliance
as appropriate, and will reimburse all expenses incurred. Any maintenance activity on
this product, entrusted to a person other than the LANAFORM® Service Centre will void
this guarantee.
