IMPORTANT SECURITY RECOMMENDATIONS
When using electric appliances, especially when children are present, always
follow these basic safety precautions:
1. Read all the instructions before using the blender.
2. To avoid an electric shock, do not immerse the blender or allow the power cord to
come into contact with water or other liquids.
3. Unplug the blender when not in use, before placing or removing parts, and before
cleaning it.
4. If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, their
authorised technical service, or by a qualified technician to avoid any danger.
5. Do not use the blender outdoors.
6. Do not let the cord hang over the edge of the table or the counter, or allow it to touch
hot surfaces, such as the oven.
7. Always unplug the blender before assembling it, disassembling it, or cleaning it.
8. The blades are sharp. Handle them carefully.
9. Before plugging in the blender, check that the mains voltage corresponds to the
voltage indicated on the rating label of the blender.
10. Do not plug in the blender until it has been completely assembled. Always unplug it
before disassembling it or handling the blade.
11. Do not allow children to use the blender unsupervised.
12. Do not allow the motor unit, cord or plug to get wet.
13. The blender is designed for processing normal household quantities.
14. Short operating time. Do not use the blender for more than 1 minute at a time. Do
not use it with hard food items for more than 10 seconds.
15. If you press the speed button (10), you can use the slow speed dial (7) for blending
as desired. However, the turbo button (8) cannot be adjusted.
16. Always unplug the blender from the mains if you need to leave it unattended and
before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning it.
17. Incorrect use of the blender could result in injury.
18. Exercise caution when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the bowl and
when cleaning.
19. Unplug the blender before changing the accessories and before touching any parts
that move when in operation.
20. This product is not for use by children or other persons without assistance or
supervision if their physical, sensory or mental condition hinders its safe use.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the product.
21. To prevent serious injury, or damage to the unit, keep hands and utensils out of the
bowl when mixing and away from the cutting blade when chopping food. A spatula
can be used, but only when the blender is not in operation.
HOW TO USE THE BLENDER (fIG.1)
The blender is ideal for preparing sauces, soups and mayonnaise, pureeing food for
babies and blending and preparing milk shakes.
1. Attach the stick (2) firmly to the motor body (1).
2. Put the blender into the bowl. Select the desired speed by turning the speed dial (7)
situated over the operating buttons (8-10).
3. Press the side buttons at the same time (9) to release the stick (2). You can use the
blender in the measuring jug or in any other recipient.
