3 Union joint
 Inser the O ring in the nut of the rotation
arm.
 Place the nozzle on it.
 Slightly fasten the nozzle with the Union
joint.

Note:
The exit jet must be directed parallel to the
rotation arm.
 Adjust the wrench area of the nozzle
(width 10) so that it is parallel to the ro-
tation arm.
 Tighten the Union joint (width 22) using
a wrench.
Floor cleaning

In delivery condition, the short nipple is in-
stalled on the device for use on a trigger
gun with a control knob.
For use with a trigger gun without a control
knob, the short nipple must be unscrewed
and replaced by the enclosed long nipple.
Grease the O-rings of the nipple before in-
stallation.

 Connect the steel pipe of the high pres-
sure cleaner to the FR 30 and tighten it
with wrenches (width 24).
Dismounting the wheel set (if
necessary)

 Unscrew the steering roller holder from
the device.
 Reattach the screws to the device.
Detergent intake

When high-pressure cleaner is
unheated
 Work without detergent: Turn the valve
clockwise all the way to the stop.
 Work with detergent: Turn the valve
anti-clockwise until it stops.
Adjust the detergent dose on the high
pressure cleaner.
When high-pressure cleaner is heated
 Turn the valve clockwise all the way to
the stop.
Adjust the detergent dose on the high
pressure cleaner.
 Protect the appliance against frost.
 Oil the steering rollers regularly.
 Do not allow bristles to deform during
storage.
