Symptom
The metal parts of the tank are
rusted.
Water is leaking from the tank or
water is coming out of the tank
cap.
Water comes out of the bottom of
the coffee maker.
Water comes out of the outside of
the filter.
Espresso coffee tastes sour
(vinegar).
The coffee maker no longer works.
Steam cannot foam.
Cause
The
descaler
is
recommended type. It can corrode
the metal parts of the tank.
The tank is not positioned correctly.
The water level in the tank exceeds
the MAX level.
There is a lot of water in the drip
tray.
The coffee maker does not work
well.
There is coffee on the edge of the
filter.
Not cleaned properly after cleaning
mineral deposits.
The coffee has been stored for a
long time in a hot, humid place. The
coffee has gone bad.
The plug is not properly plugged in.
The indicator showing steam is not
fixed.
The container is too large or the
shape is not correct.
You have used skim milk
Corrections

the
Use the descaler recommended by
the manufacturer.
The center line of the reservoir
should line up well with the leak
opening of the filter holder.
The water level in the tank must be
between the MIN and MAX mark.
Clean the drip tray.
Contact an authorized service for
repair.
Take it off.
Carry out the steps indicated in the
point "Cleaning mineral deposits".
Use new coffee or store unused
coffee in a cool, dry place. After
opening a coffee package, reseal it
and store it in a refrigerator to
maintain its freshness.
Connect the plug correctly to the
wall, if the appliance still does not
work, contact an authorized service
for repair.
Only after the "steam ready"
indicator is illuminated, can steam
be used to make foam.
Use a tall, narrow cup.
Use whole milk.
