9.1.2 bre.Lux LED N2 (hand lamp)

As required, select 15 sec or 30 sec and press Start key.
Continuous operation without selecting a default time, press Start key.
Abort any function with the Start/Stop key.

9.1.3 Settings - continuous light

The user needs to monitor the time; the program runs for an infi nite time after it is started!
Can be aborted with the Start/Stop key.
If continuous light is activated, the remaining time will not be displayed!
Rotary plate: Function is always active when a program is started. Needs do be deactivated if it is not used;
if it is not deactivated, the drive continues to run.

9.1.4 Special features of the display

The data (parameters) of the previously selected (individual) program are displayed!
Default (fi xed) programs are only displayed under "P" (F1 to F4) after the start and after completion the
display shows the previously set (individual) program P00 - P10.
9.1.5 > 360s incl. continuous light function - temperature increase (safety precautions)
bre.Lux PowerUnit 2 is a light-curing unit matched with light-curing materials. Longer program times will
increase the temperature in the light-curing chamber. Remove the objects with tweezers.
Due to longer light-curing times in combination with a light output of 80 - 100 %, the light-curing chamber
and the metal support of the rotary plate may become hot. To avoid heat transfer of the heated surface
to the skin, please use tweezers to remove the objects inserted into the chamber of leave the light-curing
chamber open for a few minutes so that it will cool down before the objects are removed.
The object holder and the holding sticks are designed for this temperature increase (with longer curing
times) and remain dimensionally stable.
10. Declaration of conformity
We, bredent GmbH & Co. KG, Weissenhorner Str. 2, 89250 Senden, Germany, hereby declare that the design
and construction of the light-curing units bre.Lux PowerUnit 2 and bre.Lux LED N2 including the version
marketed by us comply with the basic regulations, European guidelines and the applicable harmonized
standards. If required, the declaration of conformity can be requested from bredent.

11. Warranty

A warranty period of 2 years is granted for bre.Lux PowerUnit 2 and the LEDs have a service life of approx.
20,000 hours. A warranty period of 1 year is granted for the hand lamp and the LED has a service life of
approx. 10,000 operating hours.
Modifi cations and repairs of the unit may only be performed by bredent or by third persons/parties who
have been expressly authorized and need to comply with legal standards and guidelines for technology;
otherwise claims under warranty are excluded!
