Operation
 Check the pressure and temperature
ranges set at the high-pressure cleaner;
adjust according to the values approved
for accessory.
 Press safety catch on the trigger gun to
release it and pull lever.
Interrupting operation
 Release the lever on the trigger gun.
 Use the safety catch to secure the
handgun lever.
Finish operation
 Release the lever on the trigger gun.
 Switch off the high pressure cleaner.
 Turn off tap.
 Press the lever on the trigger gun to re-
lease any remaining pressure in the
system.
 Use the safety catch to secure the
handgun lever.
 Clean the telescope spray pipe.

Maintenance and care

Danger
Switch off the high pressure cleaner before
carrying out any cleaning and maintenance
tasks to the telescopic pipe and secure it
against being switched on.
Let the telescopic spray pipe cool down if
you have worked with it just before.
Cleaning
General
 Rinse the telescopic spray pipe with
clear water if you are using the tele-
scopic pipe with detergent or disinfect-
ant and are interrupting work for more
than 1 hour.
 Use a fuzzle-free cleaning cloth to clean
the telescopic spray pipe.
 Do not use any aggressive detergents
for cleaning.

Cleaning the nozzle
NOTICE
Inadequate cleaning can block the nozzle.
There is a small quantity of liquid under
pressure in the telescopic spray pipe even
if the high-pressure cleaner is switched off.
 Hold the telescopic spray pipe with the
nozzle away from your body and clean
the nozzle with a thin wire.
Service and repairs may only be carried out
by authorised persons or Kärcher Custom-
er Service.
