1. Transportation and storage
When transporting the equipment, precautions should be taken to prevent sharp shocks that
may damage it. The product should be stored in a dry well-ventilated place before using. This
equipment should not be stored outdoors.
2. Installation
1. It is installed on a smooth flat surface. The distance between the back wall of the baking
tray and the wall should be at least 20 cm.
2. Do not store flammable materials near the heating surface.
3. Ensure that the baking tray is connected to an appropriate power source.
4. If the power cord is damaged, make sure it is replaced by a qualified electrician.
5. All electrical connections must be checked before using.
3. Using a baking tray:
1. To adjust the cooking temperature, turn the temperature controller knob on the front panel
to the desired level.
2. As long as the green light is on, the tray is working and connected to the power. When the
temperature of the working surface is below the set level, the temperature controller is
activated and directs the power to the element to raise the temperature. The orange indicator
means that the element is heating. If the required temperature is exceeded, the temperature
controller will turn off the power to cool the working surface. The orange light will turn off
when the surface stops heating. The heating indicator turns on and off regularly to maintain
the required temperature.
3. To protect the surface, it is necessary to lubricate the heated surface with oil regularly. It is
recommended to apply the oil once a day.
4. If the baking tray does not work as it should, stop using it immediately.
4. Cleaning and maintenance
1. When cleaning the baking tray or performing maintenance, make sure it is disconnected
from the power supply to avoid electric shock.
2. Clean the work surface with warm soapy water after each use to avoid collection of food
and / or fat on the surface.
