Check that the flexible hose stretches out
normally without twisting or pulling and does
not come into contact with the hot sides of

the appliance. It should be replaced when
the expiry date on the hose is passed or
whenever it is damaged or develops surface
cracks.
Do not pull or pierce the hose. Keep away
from any parts of the appliance that get hot.
To use the equipment with the flexible
hose XP D 36-110:
Fitting the tubing : follow the assembly
instructions supplied with the flexible tubing
and collars.
Check for gas leaks following the
instructions in paragraph D.

The barbecue is equipped with a circular
connector. It should be used with flexible
hose that is suitable for use with butane
and propane gas. Hose length should not
exceed 1.20 metre. It should be replaced if
it is damaged or cracked, when required by
national regulations or at the end of the part
lifecycle. Do not pull or pierce the hose.
Keep away from any parts of the barbecue
that get hot. Check that the flexible hose
stretches out normally, without twisting or
pulling.
Check for gas leaks following the instructions
in paragraph D.
Switzerland, Germany, Austria :
The barbecue should be used with flexible
tubing that is suitable for use with butane
and propane gas. Hose length should not
exceed 1.50 metre. It should be replaced if
it is damaged or cracked, when required by
national regulations or at the end of the part
lifecycle. Do not pull or pierce the tubing.
Keep away from any parts of the barbecue
that get hot. Check that the flexible hose
stretches out normally,
without twisting or pulling.
Flexible tubing connection : to connect the
tubing to the connector on the barbecue,
tighten the nut on the tubing firmly but
without excess force using the two wrenches
provided:

no. 10 wrench to tighten the connector
•
no. 17 wrench to tighten the nut on the
tubing
Connect the other end to the regulator outlet
union.
Check for gas leaks following the instructions
in paragraph D.
D - CONNECTING THE GAS
CYLINDER
If replacing an empty cylinder, read Section
F): «Removing or changing the gas cylinder».
When installing or removing a gas cylinder,
always operate in an open, well-ventilated
place, never in the presence of a flame,
spark or any other source of heat (cigarette,
electrical appliance, etc.), and away from
other persons or inflammable materials.
- Position the gas cylinder on the ground,
behind or beside the appliance.
- Close the regulator or gas cylinder valve.
- Screw or click the regulator onto the cylinder
or onto the gas cylinder valve.
- Close the stove valves by turning the knobs
clockwise, position (
- Check that the tubing lies normally, without
twisting or stress.
- Check that the burner tube air holes at
