4. Remove screw from throttle cable/fuel line retainer clamp
and remove clamp (D).
5. Disconnect throttle cable end (E) from carburetor throttle
plate.
6. Remove engine cover (F).
7. Cut plastic wore tie securing spark plug lead and ground
wires.
8. Disconnect insulated ignition stop lead connectors (G).
9. Remove ignition ground lead terminal screw and disconnect
ground lead (H).
10. Remove throttle arm mounting screws (I,J) and washers, and
remove throttle arm assembly (K) from blower frame.

1. Attach new throttle arm assembly (K) to blower frame using
mounting screws and washers.
2. Connect ignition ground lead ring terminal to ground screw
(H).
3. Connect insulated ignition stop lead connectors (G).
4. Position throttle cable adjustment nut (L) 10 mm (3/8 in.)
from end of threaded tube.
5. Slide rubber dust cap (M) down over end of tube.
6. Connect hooked end of throttle cable wire (E) to carburetor
throttle plate.
7. Install carburetor (C) and intake adapter case (B).
8. Place throttle cable adjustment nut and fuel lines in retainer
clamp (D), and attach to blower housing using screw. Make
sure adjustment nut is fully seated in hex recess before tight-
ening clamp screw.
9. Secure ground wires to spark plug lead using plastic wire tie
10. Install engine cover (F).
1 1. Install rubber air intake adapter (A), and secure to air filter
case and air intake adapter case (B) using clamps.
12. Connect spark plug wire to spark plug.
13. Start unit, and check throttle control and stop switch for
proper operation.
